Dogs deserve better diet

is for health dog

we Welcome You!

one of the most balanced diet for canine

Providing a balanced diet is crucial for maintaining the health and well-being of dogs. A balanced diet provides all the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that a dog needs to support their bodily functions, maintain a healthy weight, and prevent disease.

A balanced diet can help prevent many health problems in dogs, including obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. It can also help maintain healthy skin and coat, reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, and improve overall energy levels and vitality.

How Do we start

Gradually increase the proportion of fresh food and decrease the proportion of kibble over the course of a week or two. For example, you can replace 20% of your dog’s kibble with fresh food on the second day, 30% on the third day, and so on. The good news is a well-prepared transition plan is already made for your dog. Just let us know your dog details and everything would be ready!

Calculate how much your dog needs

Do not stave your dog

Puppies should be fed 5-6% of their growing body weight and Adult dogs should be fed 2-3% of their ideal body weight.

As a general guideline, the daily amount of food a dog needs can be calculated based on their weight. A common guideline is to feed 2-3% of the dog’s body weight per day. For example, if your dog weighs 50 pounds, they would need approximately 1-1.5 pounds of food per day. However, this is just a rough estimate and the amount of food needed can vary depending on the individual dog’s needs.

Get rid of kibble diets

There are several potential benefits to feeding a dog a fresh meal diet instead of kibble:

  1. Improved nutrient absorption: Fresh food diets are generally more digestible and bioavailable than kibble, which can lead to improved nutrient absorption and utilization by the dog’s body.

  2. Improved digestion: Fresh food diets can also promote healthy digestion and reduce the risk of digestive issues such as constipation, diarrhea, and vomiting.

  3. Improved skin and coat condition: Fresh food diets can provide essential fatty acids and other nutrients that can help improve the health and appearance of a dog’s skin and coat.

  4. Weight management: Fresh food diets can be easier to portion and control than kibble, which can help with weight management and preventing obesity.

  5. Reduced risk of certain health problems: Some studies suggest that fresh food diets may help reduce the risk of certain health problems in dogs, such as dental diseaseurinary tract problems, and kidney disease.

  6. Variety and palatability: Fresh food diets can provide a variety of textures, tastes, and smells that can be more appealing to some dogs than kibble.

Dogs love our meal!

Coffeegato is something! I loved their menu and the taste of coffee they make. It was aromatic, good-looking and hot enough - just like I like. I also tried their desserts - cheesecake was awesome, and cupcakes were very attractive. Thank you!

Everything else you need to know about Fussydog

Short answer: with a whole lotta love. Longer answer: We started by referencing formulated meal by a veterinary nutritionist. Then we carefully sourced our ingredients (more on this below!), mix them well and hand-pack them.

Our food is shipped on a regular schedule according to your meal plan, and you can expect to get it on the same day each week. However, that date may change if there is a major holiday or when there’s inclement weather. We will contact you if your shipment schedule changes.

The card on your account is charged on a regular schedule in accordance with your shipments.

Fussy will stay fresh in the freezer bag until midnight on the day it arrives. But try to get the trays into your fridge as soon as you can when you get home so they stay cold. Ollie needs to chill!

We use atmospheric packaging to seal our trays so they’re airtight and keep our food fresh, without using any preservatives or chemicals. After you put it in the refrigerator, the food will be good to serve your dog for up to 30 days unopened.

Whether or not you have enough room, you can always stash our food in your freezer—just as you would your own food that you want to preserve for a longer period of time.

To know them is to love them— and feed them well. At FUSSYDOG , we get to know who your dog is to design a meal plan made for them.

High-quality food with no by-products or funky fillers.

The exact nutrients they need at every stage of life.

Packed in small batches, Fussy arrives fresh and right on time.
